Hospitality and travel students at Tameside College begin work placement at prestigious London restaurant, Galvin at Windows.
Five students will be working in a variety of roles in the restaurant; serving customers and helping to produce meals, whilst being mentored by the restaurant’s general manager, Peter Avis.
